We're watching The Truth Project by Dr. Del Tackett. It's a twelve-week study and the first lesson was on Truth.
Last night we had a great discussion on the difference between what the world offers and what is really the truth. Everywhere we turn, there's some new idol to worship or some new lie to believe. It's so readily available.
But it's not like God is so hard to find. Scripture speaks plainly about who He is. Creation shouts of him. Why does the lie seem easier to believe? Why do we continually run after the counterfeit? Why don't we ever learn that anything less than Jesus does doesn't satisfy?
Seek Jesus and you will find the Truth. Seek the Truth and you will find Jesus.
